durable et de qualit\u00e9 gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 une bonne ma\u00eetrise du processus de recyclage.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2>X-ECO : Premium sustainability.<\/h2>\n<p>Apr\u00e8s un audit intensif, le cabinet d&rsquo;experts ind\u00e9pendant DNV a octroy\u00e9 \u00e0 E-MAX une V\u00e9rification des d\u00e9clarations d&rsquo;\u00e9missions de CO2 pour l&rsquo;aluminium circulaire X-ECO. Il en ressort que la production de X-ECO ne g\u00e9n\u00e8re qu&rsquo;une empreinte carbone extr\u00eamement faible, de 2,03 tonnes de CO2 par tonne d&rsquo;aluminium. Des \u00e9tudes ant\u00e9rieures men\u00e9es par l&rsquo;Universit\u00e9 libre de Bruxelles ont montr\u00e9 que toutes les propri\u00e9t\u00e9s m\u00e9caniques et de surface du X-ECO sont au moins \u00e9quivalentes \u00e0 celles de l&rsquo;aluminium classique. Cela signifie qu&rsquo;avec X-ECO, E-MAX dispose d&rsquo;un aluminium de haute qualit\u00e9 avec un taux de recyclage \u00e9lev\u00e9 et une empreinte carbone tr\u00e8s faible. Il nous explique : \u00ab X-ECO est le nom de marque de l&rsquo;aluminium circulaire de haute qualit\u00e9 qu&rsquo;E-MAX produit dans sa fonderie d&rsquo;aluminium \u00e0 Kerkrade (Pays-Bas). Le produit contient une proportion \u00e9lev\u00e9e d&rsquo;aluminium recycl\u00e9 (80 %) et pr\u00e9sente une empreinte carbone extr\u00eamement faible, de 2,03 tonnes de CO2 par tonne d&rsquo;aluminium. \u00bb Il ajoute : \u00ab \u00c0 titre de comparaison, la moyenne mondiale est de 18 tonnes de CO2 par tonne d&rsquo;aluminium. Et la moyenne europ\u00e9enne se situe \u00e0 8 tonnes de CO2 par tonne d&rsquo;aluminium. Nous sommes donc heureux de la faible empreinte mentionn\u00e9e dans la v\u00e9rification de DNV. Cependant, nous ne sommes pas enti\u00e8rement satisfaits. En effet, notre ambition est de r\u00e9duire encore davantage cette faible empreinte carbone dans les ann\u00e9es \u00e0 venir. <\/p>\n\n\n      <\/div>\n    <\/div>\n  <\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n\n\n<section class=\"container-block white\" id=\"container-block-block_5ffd2cf567133950defada717777c7a9\">\n  <div id=\"container-block-block_5ffd2cf567133950defada717777c7a9-hook\" class=\"hook\"><\/div>  \n  <div class=\"container\">\n    <div class=\"row\">\n      <div class=\"col-12\">\n        \n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-9d6595d7 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>X-ECO est disponible en quatre alliages diff\u00e9rents : <br>X-ECO6060 \/ EN AW-6060 ;<br>X-ECO6063 \/ EN AW-6063 ;<br>X-ECO6005A \/ EN AW-6005A ;<br>X-ECO6061 \/ EN AW-6061.<br>Ces alliages sont conformes aux normes europ\u00e9ennes EN 486 et EN 573-3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c0 la question de savoir comment il est possible que la production de X-ECO ait une empreinte carbone aussi faible, Hendrik r\u00e9pond : \u00ab Tout d&rsquo;abord, bien s\u00fbr, il s&rsquo;agit de recyclage d&rsquo;aluminium. Il n&rsquo;est donc pas n\u00e9cessaire d&rsquo;extraire de la bauxite et de la transformer en aluminium \u00e0 cette fin, et les besoins en transports sont beaucoup moins importants. Ceci induit une forte r\u00e9duction des \u00e9missions de CO2. En outre, nous avons investi massivement dans la production d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie renouvelable au moyen de panneaux solaires. Nous avons \u00e9galement install\u00e9 r\u00e9cemment de nouveaux fours de fusion dans notre fonderie d&rsquo;aluminium \u00e0 Kerkrade. Ces fours consomment jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 20 % d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie en moins que les anciens fours. De plus, nous ma\u00eetrisons \u00e0 l&rsquo;extr\u00eame la consommation d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie pendant le processus de fusion. Cela permet \u00e9galement de r\u00e9duire les \u00e9missions de CO2. Nous avons \u00e9galement tr\u00e8s bien cartographi\u00e9 nos flux de mati\u00e8res. Nous connaissons si bien la composition des mat\u00e9riaux usag\u00e9s que nous achetons qu&rsquo;il nous suffit d&rsquo;ajouter tr\u00e8s peu d&rsquo;aluminium classique lors de la fusion. Enfin, pour cet ajout, nous n&rsquo;achetons que de l&rsquo;aluminium certifi\u00e9, produit \u00e0 partir d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie renouvelable et donc \u00e0 faible empreinte carbone. \u00bb<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>La d\u00e9claration a \u00e9t\u00e9 faite conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 la norme ISO 14064. Cela signifie que les \u00e9missions de CO2de tous les sous-processus (depuis l&rsquo;achat et le transport des mat\u00e9riaux utilis\u00e9s jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 la transformation et au transport pour la livraison aux clients) sont prises en compte. La norme s&rsquo;articule autour de trois axes :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Scope 1 : les \u00e9missions directes de CO2 r\u00e9sultant de l&rsquo;utilisation de gaz naturel pour la production<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Scope 2 : les \u00e9missions indirectes li\u00e9es \u00e0 la consommation d&rsquo;\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 pour le processus de production<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Scope 3 : les \u00e9missions associ\u00e9es \u00e0 l&rsquo;achat de marchandises et de services, tels que le transport d&rsquo;aluminium usag\u00e9 et recycl\u00e9, le traitement des d\u00e9chets de production, les d\u00e9placements domicile-travail des employ\u00e9s, les voyages d&rsquo;affaires, le transport et la distribution, etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Ex aequo : Premium quality.<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Carlos Kampen, chef de projet chez E-MAX, tient \u00e9galement \u00e0 souligner la qualit\u00e9 du produit : \u00ab Le nom de X-ECO est d\u00e9riv\u00e9 du latin \u00ab\u00a0ex aequo\u00a0\u00bb, qui signifie \u00ab\u00a0\u00e9quivalent \u00e0\u00a0\u00bb. En effet, X-ECO est un aluminium circulaire riche en alliages, avec une composition \u00e9quilibr\u00e9e en oligo-\u00e9l\u00e9ments. Toutes les propri\u00e9t\u00e9s m\u00e9caniques et de surface sont donc au moins \u00e9quivalentes \u00e0 celles de l&rsquo;aluminium classique. \u00bb La preuve en est fournie par l&rsquo;Universit\u00e9 libre de Bruxelles. Des recherches scientifiques sur la qualit\u00e9 de l&rsquo;aluminium circulaire y sont men\u00e9es depuis plus de 10 ans. Ces recherches d\u00e9montrent les bonnes prestations de X-ECO en termes de texture de surface apr\u00e8s gravure, de teinte apr\u00e8s anodisation et de r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 la corrosion filiforme apr\u00e8s thermolaquage. \u00ab Cela signifie que X-ECO est un produit \u00e0 la fois tr\u00e8s durable et de haute qualit\u00e9 \u00bb, d\u00e9clare Carlos Kampen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u00ab E-MAX fabrique des profil\u00e9s en aluminium de haute qualit\u00e9, pr\u00e9sentant une teneur tr\u00e8s \u00e9lev\u00e9e en aluminium recycl\u00e9 et des \u00e9missions de CO2 tr\u00e8s faibles. \u00bb<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>La foi dans l&rsquo;aluminium circulaire<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>E-MAX a foi dans l&rsquo;aluminium circulaire. Carlos Kampen nous l&rsquo;explique. \u00ab Ces 12 derniers mois, nous avons install\u00e9 de nouveaux fours de fusion dans notre fonderie d&rsquo;aluminium \u00e0 Kerkrade. Ce fut un investissement important, en temps et en argent. On ne fait pas cela si l&rsquo;on ne croit pas en un produit. La capacit\u00e9 de production a \u00e9galement augment\u00e9. Jusque 80 000 tonnes par an. Dans nos propres installations d&rsquo;extrusion, nous transformons en profil\u00e9s d&rsquo;aluminium de haute qualit\u00e9 les billettes que nous produisons ici. C&rsquo;est ainsi que nous concr\u00e9tisons le slogan de X-ECO: \u2018Premium quality.
