Nous vous expliquons tout dans cette newsletter !<\/p>\n<p><strong>Les causes des changements de couleur<\/strong><br \/>\nLes changements de couleur peuvent toucher tous les alliages d\u2019aluminium utilis\u00e9s dans la fabrication de profil\u00e9s. Que l\u2019aluminium soit circulaire ou primaire n\u2019y change rien. Avec l\u2019alliage X-ECO (aluminium circulaire premium), nous avons toutefois r\u00e9ussi \u00e0 pr\u00e9venir ces changements de couleur. Explications d\u2019Alexander Lutz, chercheur postdoctoral de l\u2019Universit\u00e9 libre de Bruxelles : \u00ab Les principales causes de changement de couleur sont la m\u00e9thode d\u2019anodisation, la technique d\u2019extrusion, et les composants de l\u2019alliage d\u2019aluminium utilis\u00e9. Or, ces \u00e9l\u00e9ments ont un impact consid\u00e9rable sur les propri\u00e9t\u00e9s de l\u2019aluminium.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00ab Le fer est l\u2019\u00e9l\u00e9ment qui influence le plus la couleur de l\u2019aluminium \u00bb, pr\u00e9cise Alexander Lutz. \u00ab Les alliages qui contiennent beaucoup de fer sont naturellement plus sombres. Cet aspect particulier est d\u00fb \u00e0 la pr\u00e9sence de pr\u00e9cipit\u00e9s de fer dans la couche d\u2019anodisation incolore et transparente. L\u2019\u00e9paisseur de cette couche d\u2019anodisation est \u00e9galement d\u00e9terminante. Une couche plus fine contiendra moins de fer, ce qui donnera un aluminium anodis\u00e9 plus clair. \u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>L\u2019influence du processus d\u2019anodisation<\/strong><br>Comme expliqu\u00e9 plus haut, l\u2019\u00e9paisseur de la couche d\u2019anodisation joue un r\u00f4le d\u00e9terminant : plus la couche d\u2019anodisation est \u00e9paisse, plus le profil\u00e9 est sombre. Or, l\u2019\u00e9paisseur de cette couche d\u00e9pend de plusieurs facteurs :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>&nbsp;L\u2019intensit\u00e9 du courant : plus l\u2019intensit\u00e9 est \u00e9lev\u00e9e, plus la couche d\u2019anodisation est \u00e9paisse, et plus le profil\u00e9 est sombre.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La temp\u00e9rature : plus le bain d\u2019anodisation est chaud, plus la couche est fine, et plus le profil\u00e9 est clair.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dur\u00e9e : plus l\u2019anodisation est longue, plus la couche d\u2019anodisation est \u00e9paisse. Le profil\u00e9 s\u2019assombrit donc au fur et \u00e0 mesure que l\u2019anodisation se prolonge. La dur\u00e9e du processus d\u2019anodisation n\u2019est en outre pas le seul \u00e9l\u00e9ment \u00e0 prendre en compte, puisque la mani\u00e8re dont les profil\u00e9s sont maintenus dans les bains joue \u00e9galement un r\u00f4le.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u00c9viter les changements de couleur pendant l\u2019anodisation<\/strong><br>Une connaissance et une gestion optimales du processus d\u2019anodisation sont donc indispensables pour \u00e9viter les changements de couleur \u2013 m\u00eame entre profil\u00e9s issus de diff\u00e9rents lots de production. Il faut donc travailler avec des anodiseurs professionnels et exp\u00e9riment\u00e9s dont la ma\u00eetrise du processus n\u2019est plus \u00e0 prouver.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00ab E-MAX est une entreprise qui dose les composants de son alliage d\u2019aluminium circulaire avec beaucoup de pr\u00e9cision, et qui conna\u00eet le processus d\u2019extrusion sur le bout des doigts. C\u2019est ce qui lui permet de proposer des produits de qualit\u00e9 sup\u00e9rieure \u00bb, poursuit Alexander Lutz. \u00ab Ajoutez \u00e0 cela un contr\u00f4le minutieux des propri\u00e9t\u00e9s de l\u2019aluminium classique (autrement dit, primaire) qu\u2019ach\u00e8te E-MAX, et vous obtenez un alliage X-ECO 6060.22 qui ne change pas de couleur. \u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Autres facteurs<\/strong><br>Il existe bien entendu d\u2019autres facteurs qui influencent la couleur de l\u2019aluminium. Les caract\u00e9ristiques granulom\u00e9triques peuvent par exemple influer sur la brillance et la couleur des profil\u00e9s. La composition du bain de d\u00e9capage et le choix des bons additifs sont \u00e9galement d\u00e9terminants. Il est donc primordial de travailler avec des fournisseurs de produits chimiques professionnels tels que Metachem, Alufinish, A&amp;D Chemicals, ou encore Henkel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Conclusion<\/strong><br>Une bonne ma\u00eetrise des processus d\u2019extrusion et d\u2019anodisation permet d\u2019\u00e9viter le changement de couleur de l\u2019alliage X-ECO 6060, mais aussi des alliages classiques. En travaillant avec des partenaires professionnels qui ma\u00eetrisent chaque \u00e9tape du processus de production, il est possible de r\u00e9duire les risques de changement de couleur \u00e0 un minimum absolu.
