E-MAX is a European producer of circular aluminium profiles and billets, based in Belgium and the Netherlands. With its own foundry in Kerkrade, seven locations and a production capacity of 80,000 tonnes per year, E-MAX supplies customers in construction, transport, automotive, industry, energy and horticulture across Europe.
The proprietary product X-ECO is a circular aluminium alloy made from 80 to 97% recycled post-consumer scrap. The carbon footprint is 2.03 tonnes per tonne of aluminium, independently verified by DNV and 4x lower than the European average. X-ECO meets all European EN standards and is ASI certified and CBAM compliant.
Sustainability at E-MAX is embedded in the production process. It starts with the raw material: X-ECO is produced from recycled aluminium in our own foundry, giving us full control over the entire chain from raw material to finished profile. Every batch is traceable and documented.
Our sustainable approach goes beyond the product. We generate our own energy through a wind turbine and solar panels. Our logistics centre uses reusable packaging and transport with the lowest possible CO₂ emissions.
