E-MAX has six production sites for the extrusion of profiles. In addition, we have our own foundry where we remelt aluminium scrap into billets, with a capacity of 80,000 tonnes per year. This is also where we produce X-ECO, with a carbon footprint of 2.03 tCO₂e per tonne of aluminium, independently verified by DNV. E-MAX has the capacity and capabilities to flexibly meet large-scale orders.
E-MAX produces profiles that meet your requirements for dimensions and finish. During production, we carry out continuous digital control measurements. Our presses range from 7 to 10 inches, enabling us to produce both small and large profiles. Whatever your requirements for dimensions or appearance, we tailor production accordingly.
Thanks to the location of our sites, we keep delivery times short. With a logistics centre of 15,000 m² and an automated packaging system, we process orders quickly and carefully. We also have a large storage capacity for dies. You choose from standard or custom packaging that protects your profiles during transport and storage.
